A strange noise, a warning light, something that just doesn’t feel right? Bring it in. With nine mechanics on site we have the people to look at it properly, and we repair all makes, not just one badge.

What we repair
Most mechanical and electrical work can be done in our own workshop, including:
- Clutches and gearboxes
- Cambelts, timing chains and water pumps
- Suspension: springs, shock absorbers, bushes and arms
- Steering racks, joints and power steering
- Cooling systems and radiators
- Oil leaks and engine faults
- Starter motors, alternators and electrical faults
- Brakes, exhausts, tyres, air conditioning and tracking (see their own pages)
How it works
Tell us what the car is doing, and when. We inspect it, find the cause and ring you with a price. Nothing gets done until you’ve agreed to it.
Cambelts: the repair worth doing before it’s needed
If your engine has a cambelt, the manufacturer sets a replacement interval in years and miles. When a belt snaps, the damage to the engine can cost far more than the car is worth.
If you’ve bought a used car and there’s no record of when the belt was last changed, ask us to check. It’s one of the most useful things you can find out about a car you’ve just bought.
Common questions
Can you look at my car today?
Ring us. We’ll tell you honestly how soon we can fit you in, and whether it’s safe to keep driving in the meantime.
Do you repair vans?
[CONFIRM: van repairs and any size or weight limits].
Will you give me a price first?
Yes. Once we know what’s wrong, we ring you with a price before starting any work.
